When promotional opportunities arise, be prepared for the Supervisor and his favourites to pick outside family friends to fill the spots instead of cross trained individuals already on the team. If you have VA appointments be prepared to be blamed for faking disabilities to get out of work, and then being told you have to change the appointments to fit the job.
Favoritism ran rampant and if the supervisor wasn't fond of you, he did his absolute best to make you feel alienated to the point of quiting. There would be times you would be belittled for 2 months over a flat tire on a mower when you're driving through fields of metal shrapnel daily while cutting. There was little micromanagement, but if something came up or a peice of equipment went down, you would never hear the end of it. Terrible Management I loved working here, made some amazing friends and we strived to be the best at what we did.
